Tracey is a graduate in Business from McMaster University and in Human Resource Management at Fanshawe College. Her extensive education had built a solid understanding of the many nuances of the recruitment industry. This is combined with extensive experience serving HR and finance functions, delivering executive search, and offering recruitment advice and project management to small and medium-sized businesses, both local and multinational.
Pete served in the Royal Navy (UK) before graduating with an Honors Degree in Business from the University of the West of England. He utilizes his business acumen as well as his engineering experience to deliver project specific solutions, executive search, and recruitment advice in the engineering and manufacturing industries. While both Pete and Tracey offer unparalleled insight, experience, and skills, the central tenant to Tandem Recruitment’s success is their steadfast belief in the value of developing relationships and the acknowledgment that “growth is never by mere chance; it is the result of forces working together”.
