Online Charity Auction

Our family has been affected by cancer in many ways.  The most tragic was when, not so long ago, our 4-year-old nephew, Cameron, was diagnosed with a rare form of childhood cancer. His cancer was so rare that a mainstream treatment protocol had not been developed and despite the doctor's best efforts, he passed away a short time after.

His parents have set up a foundation in his memory to help with childhood cancer research in the hopes that others will not have to fight this same battle one day.  Other funds are allocated to help families dealing with cancer cover expenses such as parking, lodging, food, etc. that can become very costly when a little one is in hospital.

We want to contribute to this fund, called "Caring For Cam - The Cameron Lavier Memorial Fund" through an online auction filled to the brim with generous local business goodies!

Cam's Story

Our brother and sister-in-law, who lost their four-year-old son to a rare form of cancer, are hoping to shine a light on the challenges that families struck with childhood cancers often face.

Pres and Amy Lavier’s son Cameron passed away only four-and-a-half months after a pediatrician found a malignant Rhabdoid tumor on his tailbone. Cam was a sweet and bright boy who loved the Transformers, Paw Patrol and The Boston Bruins. It is with this foundation, "Caring for Cam" that Pres and Amy honor his memory through helping others struggling with the same issues they did.
